I want you guys to know about these awesome footwear!

Basically these shoes are like being barefoot. Like a glove for your feet, so you won't have to worry about stuff on the ground when you run barefoot. Hint; the "Barefoot Alternative"

Vibrams are a rip off. $70ish dollars for a minimalist option is too much. Like paying $30 for a G-string. They are purpose built, and the purpose is not running. I use the aqua socks at Wal-Mart. They are $5 and I NEVER have had a problem with ANY injuries in 3 years of using them. I mostly run off road in grass, trails, etc. I probably get about 250 miles out of them. Pavement and sidewalks cuts down the mileage on these shoes greatly. I too prescribe to the "barefoot" running after dealing with illiotibial band syndrome and other over-use injuries. I've been problem free since and I save a ton on over-priced shoes. I live in a very urbanized area, so I need some protection from the nastiness of such (dog feces, needles?, screws)
