The summer is here and my training is pushed back two weeks. I am coming back from a pulled groin muscle in may.
Saturday was the first workout, I was able to run without much pain. My workout was not that great but here it is.
I ran 20 min easy with drills: My workout was, 5 x 100 easy and a 1.5 mile run in 7:15. no faster. After the workout I ran an easy five minute jog back home.
