
I'm starting back to running today. I ran track in high school and throughout college I ran for regular exercise. I have a fair treadmill that I'm starting out on and hope to get the courage to tackle the hills in my neighborhood come spring. I could use all the encouragement that I can get! I'm very out of shape, but within 10 lbs. of my ideal body weight. Most of my goals are set on conditioning and strength training to start with and then work on endurance and speed. Here's to the start of a beautiful thing!
